What is the most efficient way to lose weight with working out? I am 5'7" and weigh 155. I want to lose 25lbs, putting me at 130lbs, but more important than losing the weight is keeping it off and maintaining a healthy lifestyle FOREVER.

I am new to this group was hoping someone would have suggestions for me. I am having a big problem with cellulite. I am a very fit girl, a runner, i lift weights, do squats and lunges, eat heatlhy, everything!

I am so glad I found this group because I NEED to vent.
I have been working out regularly for about a month now, trying to lose 20-25 pounds. I've seen some difference like better cardiovascular strength, more defined waist and arms.

i ate too much i ate bread pudding and two 1/4 of a mini muffalatta.that's 20 pts.if i eat anymore tonight ,i will go over.i hope i do better for the rest of the week.

i did it! i didn't eat nothing in between and i stayed on my diet.i ate some chips.some of a little bag of sunchips and i ate a penini.

i ate a salad and a cup of gumbo for lunch today.my mom thought it was a little much.i didn't think it was that bad,now if i can just wait till supper time to eat.wish me luck.you know what i ate yesterday,i ate two hamburgers,a large french fry,mac and cheese .it was a small bowl and two eggs and two pieces of toast.im really getting fat and it's not funny.
