After a two week hiatus from working out and eating right, I have decided to get back on my weight loss program. Today I did Jillian's 30 day shred program level 1 and although i was able to make it through the entire workout, i felt like crap afterwards. Could have been low blood sugar... I dunno. Anyhow, my goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of July. Currently i am 145 pounds (5'4") and I don't think there is much love for girls like me trying to lose vanity weight. Like there isn't a biggest loser for slightly chubby females lol.
I know i need to start off slowly, I used to work out for an hour everyday but now i feel sick after only 30 mins, I hope I get over this slow phase quickly...
