Hi...I don't think I've introduced myself...but I'm a newbie here. So...Hi!

Anyway...

Ok. Admit it.
We've ALL been there!
If it's some crazy fad diet or creepy kinds of cardio---we've all done something totally weird to lose weight and feel great.
What's yours?

I will go first!

I am really convinced lately that "Attitude is everything" when it comes to weight loss...so I bought weight loss hypnosis CDs and put them on my iPod. I play them when I fall asleep at night. LOL....go ahead, you can laugh. Totally. Lame.

Don't really know if it's working---but I'm keeping up with my diet--that's for sure!

But I know I'm not alone, right? I hope? What's your weird weight loss secret?

Let's hear about it: one-color-food diets, tribal-moon-shoe dancing, tony little infomercial products....whatever!
