If it's some crazy fad diet or creepy kinds of cardio---we've all done something totally weird to lose weight and feel great.
What's yours?
I will go first!
I am really convinced lately that "Attitude is everything" when it comes to weight loss...so I bought weight loss hypnosis CDs and put them on my iPod. I play them when I fall asleep at night. LOL....go ahead, you can laugh. Totally. Lame.
Don't really know if it's working---but I'm keeping up with my diet--that's for sure!
But I know I'm not alone, right? I hope? What's your weird weight loss secret?
Let's hear about it: one-color-food diets, tribal-moon-shoe dancing, tony little infomercial products....whatever!

The worst diet I ever tried was the Lemonade Diet. When they said "master cleanser" , my brain didn't quite compute exactly how it would "cleanse" my system. One minute after gulping down the odd drink, I rushed to the bathroom. Never again.
1I tried to eat only oatmeal for every meal every day. There was the brown sugar oatmeal, strawberries & cream oatmeal, blueberries oatmeal...you get the picture. It lasted many months and I did not lose weight.
2I can to the realization, that since my wedding I have already put on weight.....NOT CUTE. Right now I am exercising daily (whether it be walking, doing videos or free weights) and I am limiting my carbs. I am not taking it to the extreme of not eating fruits and veggies, but I am avoiding all bad carbs.
3My weirdest diet ever, I think this came right before I turned anorexic (yes many many years ago). I was living off of sweedish fish (about 3 a day) and black coffee. Not the smartest thing I've ever done.
Im 5'5 and 135 lbs and im on A crazy crazy diet! right now, Taking vitamins in the morning, also a diet pill!, its really hard to stick with it but i keep telling my self, Stick with it will pay off,- so i run with my dog for about 20 mins in the morning then go to work all day- [i work out side with dogs] i keep a sweat waist band on while i work for about a hour, i also wear it when i run and go to the gym. i have lost about 8 pounds, so far and its been a week, kind of crazy i know, i eat fruit in the morning, a chicken salad for lucnh and any kind of white meat for dinner w/ a veg.
4haha craziest diet for me is the brocolli diet. i love steamed brocolli so i thought, well its a great vegetable for you right? so i tried to eat a bag of frozen brocolli(its just as good as regular brocolli nutritionally i swear!!) every day, usually at lunch so then that would be a meal and then morning would be an apple, then id drink vitamin water in between that and the bag of brocolli, and then water with and then another vitamin water inbetween that and dinner which was meat. you have to have protein when you are active that and carbs, but i dont put anything on it. its chicken breast and then its that incredibly whole wheat pasta with nothing on it.
that obviously didn't last long except the dinner was good! haha that whole brocolli all day everyday thing...not happening. lol
then theres also the when your hungry brush your teeth or chew gum. you say to yourself hey im hungry hmm this gum looks fantastic! well it worked sometimes, but id feel sick after a while of chewing gum without food because id be like oh im not really hungry, but naturally i actually was. then id get headaches from chewing. then you run out of gum!
5haha so that was incredibly stupid and i actually realized it so i quit after a week.
im with weight watchers.i don't think i ever did a crazy diet.there was one time where i tried to exercise using some meal plan eat all you want.didn't stay on it for long.
